 Did this with the meetup.com crew since it's been awhile I've been here. The total walk and stops was 1.5 hrs. The sun could not be seen in Spitting caves since it's more Mauka side obscured by the homes and rocks. However, I was able to catch the sun in Koke'e and China walls. It was a nice return and I got my daily steps during this excursion.   Caught a Sunday hike with the meetup.com crew. Never knew this hike existed in the North Shore, but it was a nice way to get out to that part of the Island. It's a beautiful loop hike with a slightly tough uphill hike towards the end. Don't say you weren't warned if you try this hike. It's about 2.5 to 3 hrs total. Went to Big wave Shrimp in Haleiwa after. The Coconut Shrimp/Garlic Shrimp combo is what I got. I really liked the Coconut Shrimp. Laters.
